Abstract:
To provide an efficient cutting device of hot rolled steel by a saw blade and a cutting method using it.
This cutting device of the hot rolled steel by the saw blade is characteristically constituted by making a cooling water nozzle to cool the saw blade a flat type nozzle, diagonally fixing this flat type nozzle against the saw blade and providing an air current curtain nozzle in front of the cooling water nozzle, and this cutting method uses this device. This cutting device of the hot rolled steel is also characteristically constituted by arranging the cooling water nozzle to cool the saw blade at 40° to 70° against the saw blade.
