Abstract:
To provide a water jet cutting device which can control a cutting depth.SOLUTION: A water jet cutting device has at least a pair of nozzles which is arranged substantially symmetrically with respect to a rotation axis a, rotate round the rotation axis a, and comprises a first nozzle 1a positioned forward in a rotation direction and a second nozzle 1b located behind in the rotation direction. With respect to a setting surface 3 including three points comprising a collision point P which is at a cutting plane orthogonal to a rotation axis a and regulated in a cutting object, and at which water jet injected from the first nozzle 1a and water jet injected from the second nozzle 1b collide with each other, a center point of a water jet injection port 11a of the first nozzle 1a, and a center point of a water jet injection port 11b of the second nozzle 1b, a direction of a first nozzle 1a' is set to a position for injecting water jet in a direction farther from the rotation axis a than the setting surface 3, and a direction of a second nozzle 1b' is set to a position for injecting water jet in a direction nearer to the rotation axis a than the setting surface 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
