Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve production efficiency by eliminating a useless action of a cutting edge pulled up from sheet materials every time a cutting action is stopped.
CONSTITUTION: In a noncutting position where a pneumatic cylinder 11 elongates and the tip 6a of a cutting edge 6 retreats at an interval L1 to a surface 7 of sheet materials, the movement in the X axis and Y axis direction of a cutting head 1 or angular displacement in the R axis direction is carried out. A cutting position where the pneumatic cylinder 11 retreats contractedly and the cutting edge 6 is inserted in the sheet materials 3, is regulated when a stopper 22 comes into contact with a frame 12. A foot presser 14 is installed on the lower ends of guiding shafts 14a and 14b, and the upper ends are energized upward by springs 64a and 64b. A layered thickness of the sheet materials 3 is detected by a displacement quantity detected by a rotary encoder 35 when setting a position of the foot presser 14 being a cloth presser at cutting time, and a moving means 13 can be also set.
