To effectively cut a branch pipe part when cutting the branch pipe part from a main body part in a T-shaped pipe having the branch pipe part branched from the main body part in a T-shape.
This cutting device cuts the branch pipe part 7 from the main body part 5 in the T-shaped pipe 4 having the branch pipe part 7 branched from the main body part 5 in the T-shape and at least one opened end of the main body part 5. The cutting device has a guide member 31 concentrically mounted in the main body part 5 via an opening, a hole saw 32 capable of cutting the branch pipe part 7 from the main body part 5 by being rotatably supported by the guide member 31 and being externally fitted to the main body part 5, and a bush 45 provided between an outer periphery of the guide member 31 in a part where the guide member 31 rotatably supports the hole saw 32 and an inner periphery of the hole saw 32 to be made relatively rotatable to both of the guide member 31 and the hole saw 32.
