PURPOSE: To provide a cutting device for cutting a group of printing materials placed on a pallet without transferring the same many times.

CONSTITUTION: Printing materials 3 placed in parallel in the thickness direction on a horizontal table 5 are extruded one by one successively by the desired dimention in the longitudinal direction by a cylinder moving traversely and disposed on one side in the longitudinal direction of the table, and cut successively by a band saw 14 moving traversely and disposed on the opposite side in a cutting device for printing materials. A tilting rotating machine 9 which can rotate by 90 a frame 16 with a vertical face engaging with the table 5 and an arm 20 perpendicular to said table is provided, and a group of printing materials 3 laminated on a pallet 2 carried by a roller conveyor is placed on the arm 20 and fixed by a pressing plate 7 installed on the table 5, and then rotated by 90° so that the group of printing materials 3 on the table 5 can be placed in parallel in the thickness direction.
