Abstract:
To provide a cutting device which can retain a switch for controlling an electric motor in an on-state and inhibit complexity of its structure.SOLUTION: A cutting device has: a saw blade; an electric motor 12; a housing 11 supporting the saw blade and the electric motor 12; and a stand 49 supporting the housing 11. The cutting device has: a motor control part provided at the housing 11; and a fixture 61 which can be attached to or detached from the housing 11 and the stand 49. The motor control part includes: a first switch having a first state and a second state and provided at a position of the housing 11 which is different from the handle 29; and a second switch having a third state and a fourth state and provided at the handle 29.
