PURPOSE: To improve workability by drawing and suspending a material to be cut by the set length with a vacuum suction type delivery roller, and receiving the cut material at the suspension position with two clamp devices rockable between the clamp position and the delivery position in sequence.

CONSTITUTION: When an adhesive tape 10 for sticking a water infiltration preventing door screen to the door inside of an automobile is cut to two different lengths and fed, the adhesive tape 10 delivered from a roll 18 by the rotation of a delivery roll 26 is vacuum-sucked, drawn by the set length, and suspended downward, and the tape 10 in the suspended state is cut by a cutting device 64. The first and second clamp devices 66, 68 including arms 70, 78 rotated by rotary actuator devices 86, 88 respectively are provided at the lower position of the cutting device 64. The clamps 66, 68 are selectively driven to the first position where the tape 10 is clamped and the second position where a releasing action is taken by a worker, and the tape 10 is fed.
