Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably draw a film from a bobbin and cut with perforations.SOLUTION: A reel 26 in which a bobbin wound with a film is set is rotatably and detachably supported between lateral faces 12A and 12B by substrates 20A, 20B, 22A, and 22B. The outer peripheral surface of the reel 26 is provided with a projection energized to the inner peripheral surface side of the bobbin so as to prevent slippage. A first feed roller 50 and a second feed roller 60 send a specified quantity of the film and stops when a first sensor 150 detects a marker on the film. Thereafter, the first feed roller 50 is locked, and only the second feed roller 60 is rotated for a specified quantity so as to pull out the film and cut along perforations. When a second sensor detects the rotation of the second feed roller 60 with drawing of the film by an operator, the film is again drawn from the bobbin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
