Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple structured cutting device capable of preventing cutting chips from being scattered to a chute mounted to a product carry-out port and capable of efficiently carrying out a product.SOLUTION: The cutting device comprises a main chute 26 installed at a position away from a product carry-out port 24 of a cutting part 12, and an auxiliary chute 28 for connecting between the product carry-out port 24 and the main chute 26. The cutting device includes a guard wall 16 installed integrally with the auxiliary chute 28 and having a shape preventing cutting chips, generated during cut processing in the cutting part 12, from being scattered from the product carry-out port 24 toward at least the main chute 26. The cutting device includes a guard wall control part controlling a position of the guard wall 16. The guard wall control part arranges the guard wall 16 between the product carry-out port 24 and the main chute 26 during cut processing of a workpiece W and retracts the auxiliary chute 28 to a position where the cutting chips scattered from the product carry-out port 24 do not reach.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
