PURPOSE: To quickly exchange a cutter to improve productivity of a cutting device by fitting at least one piece of cutter to a cutter holder, and exchangeably inserting the cutter holder into one of cutter supporting bodies.
CONSTITUTION: For exchanging a cutter holder 18, an eccentric shaft 29 is rotated centering around a rotary shaft 31 from the fastened position until the fastening head part 26 of a pull rod 24 releases the cutter holder 18 by a lever 32 and a drive device 33. Next the cutter holder 18 is sideways taken out of an opening part 34 provided in a machine frame 13 to be detached from a cutter holder receiving part 16, and exchanged for a cutter holder prepared outside the machine. After exchanging the cutter holder 18, the pull rod 24 again fastened by operating the drive device 33 through the lever 32 and the eccentric shaft 29, and as a result, the cutter holder 18 is fixed on the fixed position.
