Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that replacing work of a cutting edge requires a lot of time and labor.
SOLUTION: A cutting edge replacing device is used for replacing a cutting edge 2 fitted on an edge mount 4, and comprises a guide member 5 inserted into a fixing bolt hole 3 of the cutting edge 2 and made to come in contact with the edge mount 4, a tapered member 6 moved in the axial direction on the outer periphery of the guide member 5 by a screw mechanism, and a press member 7 whose outer surface comes in close contact with the inner surface of the fixing bolt hole 3 as the tapered member 6 is moved in the axial direction. The press member 7 and the cutting edge 2 are joined together so that the cutting edge 2 can be removed from the edge mount 4 in the axial direction of the guide member 5 for replacement.
