To provide a cutting and end machining apparatus such that a single apparatus can cut and terminate a metallic tube.

The cutting and end machining apparatus 10 includes: sliding blocks 20; a clamping means 30 consisting of a first clamping portion 31 for clamping and unclamping the outer surface of one half of the tube T along its major axis and a second clamping portion 35 for clamping and unclamping the outer surface of the other half of the tube; an advancing and retreating means 40; a cutting means 50 for cutting the tube; a first cam mechanism 60 for pushing the sliding blocks 20 horizontally to bring them close together and clamping and holding the tube in the direction of its minor axis using the clamping means when the advancing and retreating means is in a first advanced position D1, and for moving the sliding blocks away from each other to unclamp the tube when the advancing and retreating means retreats; and a second cam mechanism 70 for bringing the clamping means close together in the direction of the major axis when the advancing and retreating means is in a second advanced position D2 ahead of the first advanced position to compress and deform the outer surface of the tube along the direction of the major axis.
