Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve product life of a cutting blade by uniforming abrasion of the cutting blade.
CONSTITUTION: As an outer peripheral surface 3a of an engine valve E is cut and processed by way of using almost all the length of a cutting blade 2a of a cutting tool l from a part B to one end of the cutting blade 2a to a part D to the other end, abrased parts of the cutting blade 2a are dispersed over the whole of the cutting blade 2a and no particular part of the cutting blade 2a is concentratively abrased, and product life of the cutting blade 2a is improved.
