Abstract:
To provide a cutting device for die casting capable of securely positioning a multiple picking die cast molding in which a plurality of product parts are connected by a runner part, and of separating the runner part from the product parts at high precision.SOLUTION: A multiple picking die cast molding 10 allows a plurality of product parts 11 to be simultaneously cast by one time die casting. In the multiple picking die cast molding 10, the plurality of product parts 11 are connected by a runner part 12. A lower press die 40 of a cutting device 20 for die casting comprises: a positioning pin 43 corresponding to a positioning recessed part(s) 13 provided at least at one position in one product part 11a of the plurality of product parts 11; and a guide pin 44 corresponding to a guide recessed part(s) 14 provided at least at one position in the other product part 11b other than the one product part 11a, and the guide pin 44 is constituted so as to be movable freely forward/backward with respect to a mounting face to be mounted with the die cast molding 10 in the lower press die 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
