Abstract:
To provide a cutting or grinding tool having better grinding performance as a cutting or grinding tool.
This cutting or grinding tool 10 has a large number of projecting cutting edges 20 on a surface. In the cutting or grinding tool 10, the cutting edges 20 are formed in a projecting shape having the apex 21. When forming the cutting edges 20 in such as shape, the grinding performance in grinding is improved. The projecting cutting edges 20 having the apex 21 are formed in a shape having no plane part on the tip of the cutting edges 20, and are extremely good in points of being a cutting edge shape formable on a cutting or grinding tool surface in high density.
