PURPOSE: To obtain a machine which can cut easily and quickly a heat exchange tube bandle by a good cut face, by fitting two cutting tools at a wider interval than lateral width of an arm, to the front end of the arm fitted to a fitting base through an up-and-down moving device.

CONSTITUTION: A cutting machine is carried by inserting a fork of a fork lift car into a receiving hole 17, is set so that cutting grind stones 1, 2 come to a cutting position, and is fixed onto the ground after stopping. Subsequently, the grind stones 1, 2 are set vertically to a tube bandle 19, which can be executed by adjusting a horizontal adjusting leg 26. Subsequently, the grind stone is set to the upper part of the cutting place by operating a fine adjustment handle 21 of a lifting case 28, and thereafter, a motor 7 is rotated, a handle 16 is operated, a cutting machine body 27 is fed to the lower part, and cutting is executed. After one longitudinal line is cut, an arm 11 is lifted, the handle 21 and a grip 22 are operated, the arm 11 is advanced by the following cut width, is fixed to the case 28, the arm 11 is lowered, and cutting is executed successively as indicated with an arrow.
