PURPOSE: To cut a resin mass safely securely to facilitate crashing process by pressing the irregular resin mass at a plurality of points by comb teeth-like sandwiching members to sandwich and fix the mass.

CONSTITUTION: A resin mass A to be cut is mounted on the lower sandwiching member 16, and the upper sandwiching member 16' is lowered by turning a handle 19a, so that the resin mass is fixedly fastened by bar-like members 20 from above and below. Irregular surfaces 21 of the bar-like members 20 are included into the surface of the resin mass A to fix securely the resin amss A. Under such condition, a screw shaft 9 is rotated to move a lower bed 7 in the direction of a band saw 2 so that the resin mass A is located and contacts the band saw 2 to be cut through the rotation of a pinion 14.
