Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly cut a metallic roof material as an object to be cut, even if it is a thick metallic roof material wherein the upside of a foam is covered with a metallic plate.
SOLUTION: In a cutting machine for the roof material, the side of one end of the movable blade 4 is supported on the side of one end of the fixed blade 3 freely swingably around a supporting shaft 12, so that the metallic roof material can be cut in the state of being sandwiched between the fixed blade 3 and the movable blade 4; a control lever 15 for performing an operation for swinging the movable blade 4 is protrusively provided on the side of the other end of the movable blade 4; and an inclined face 22 is provided on the other side of the movable blade 4 in the thickness direction of the fixed blade 3 in such a manner that the cutting edge side of the fixed blade 3 is made gradually thinner toward an edge 3a on the cutting edge side.
