PURPOSE: To eliminate the necessity for performing inverting work of a printed substrate, by both cutting out an angular-shaped terminal and four-surface chamfering its cut part from an angular-shaped hoop material in the same process by a cutter part comprising a cutting edge protruding mold and a cutting edge recessed mold.
CONSTITUTION: An angular-shaped terminal hoop material 1 is fed into a cutter part (between a cutting edge protruding mold 4 and a cutting edge recessed mold 5) by a predetermined length. The protruding mold 4 is lowered, and its mounted molding arrow 6 is adapted to the angular-shaped terminal 1, further the mold 4 is lowered. Then molding pieces 6a, 5a bite in the angular-shaped terminal 1, and it is cut out by continuing the mold 4 to be further lowered. Four surfaces in a cut surface of the angular-shaped terminal 1 are chamfered by the molding pieces 5a, 6a simultaneously with the cutting by the protruding mold 4 and the recessed mold 5. Accordingly, the necessity for performing inverting work of a printed substrate is eliminated.
