Abstract:
To keep the device compact without affecting usability or a dust collecting function.
A cutting machine body 3 includes a blower means which discharges cooling air toward the front end in the cutting direction in a base 2. The blower means includes a duct 42 and a nozzle 46. The duct 42 is provided on the back of a blade case 10 and along the outer face thereof, and guides cooling air from the front side face of a cylindrical part to the front end in the cutting direction of the blade case 10. The nozzle 46 is provided in the blade case 10, discharges downward the cooling air guided by the duct 42 toward the front end in the cutting direction from behind the front end of the base.
