A portion of a link engagement part 35, which is located in an elongated hole 421, is formed as a rotary pinion gear (an angle adjustment gear) 351. Correspondingly, an inner surface (a left side inner surface in Fig. 3) of the elongated hole 421, which faces the pinion gear 351, is toothed so as to engage with the pinion gear 351. That is, the pinion gear 351 (the link engagement part 35) and a link part 42 form a rack-and-pinion gear. This structure allows the pinion gear 351 to rotate, thereby changing the position of the pinion gear 351 in the elongated hole 421.
