Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new cutting machine capable of reducing the number of components, being simplified, being manufactured at low cost, and improving operability, even while maintaining appearance design.SOLUTION: Each of cutting machines 100, 110, 200 according to embodiments of the present invention includes: a machine platen 11 to be placed on a workpiece; a motor housing 21 for storing, at the inside, a motor 22 serving as a driving source; a handle part 31 where the machine is to be held by an operator; and a circular saw blade 41 for receiving driving force transmitted from the motor 22, to be rotatably driven. The handle part 31 includes: a holding part 32 to be held by the operator; a trigger switch 33 for starting the motor 22; and a pair of handle base parts 35 formed at both ends of the holding part 32. Additionally, the cutting machines include rotation mechanisms 50, 70 for enabling the holding part 32 to rotate, with respect to the handle base parts 35.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
