Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability of a stopper mechanism of a cutting depth adjusting mechanism as a so-called portable circular saw is conventionally provided with a positive stopper mechanism which sets a cutting depth adjusting mechanism, enabled to adjust a cutting depth of a rotary cutting tool for a cut material by inclining a cutting machine body upward and downward, to a fixed cutting depth.SOLUTION: A substantially upper-end position of a guide groove hole 41a of a depth guide 41 is changed by changing an upper-end position of the guide groove hole 41a by providing a cutting depth stopper mechanism 50 for the guide groove hole 41a and adjusting the position of an abutting part 51b. Consequently, a cutting machine body can be accurately and speedily positioned at a certain cutting depth and reproducibility thereof is improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 14
