Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact cutting machine such that a cut member hardly has an uncut part.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a cutting machine comprising a cutting part mounted with a cutting blade for cutting a cut member, a base supporting the cutting part behind the cutting blade so that the cutting blade can swing up and down, and having an upper surface mounted with the cut member and expanding in a horizontal plane during cutting, and a fence fixed to the base behind a region where the cut member and cutting blade come into contact with each other during the cutting, and supporting the cut member on a rear side when the cut member is mounted on the upper surface. The fence comprises a fixed fence having a first support surface as a plane crossing a front-rear direction, and fixed to the base, and an auxiliary fence having a second support surface as a plane crossing the front-rear direction and provided to the fixed fence such that the second support surface is located behind the first support surface above the first support surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
