Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce the number of manufacturing processes, to dispense with a trimming device and to enhance the quality and appearance of a skin integrated foamed resin molding by adding improvement capable of sufficiently discharging only internal air between a skin and a core at a time of foaming between the peripheral edge of the predetermined area of the surface of the core and the peripheral edge of the skin.
CONSTITUTION: A skin integrated foamed resin molding 1 is molded by integrally molding a skin 4 on the upper region of the surface of a core 2 in such a state that a foamed resin layer 3 is interposed. The bent piece 11 bent toward the core so that the surface 4a of the skin 4 is opposed to the peripheral edge of the upper region of the surface of the core is provided to the peripheral edge of the skin. An L-shaped part 14 is provided to the peripheral edge part of the upper region of the core by the first opposed surface 12 opposed to the surface of the peripheral edge of the skin and the second opposed surface 13 opposed to the leading end surface 11a of the bent piece. A small gap 15 for discharging the internal air between the skin and the core expelled accompanied by the foaming of a foamable resin raw material at the time of the molding of the foamed resin layer through the surface of the bent piece and the first opposed surface is provided between the leading end surface of the bent piece and the second opposed surface.
