Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting machine which smoothly carries out cutting work without damaging cutting blades.
SOLUTION: The cutting machine has a holding support 8 arranged at a location between a cutting object 20 and a pair of cutting blades 4, 5, in order to inhibit the application of a shearing rotational force generated at the time of cutting, to the cutting object. As a result, the cutting is carried out in a good condition in which an angle defined by the cutting blades 4, 5 and the cutting object 20 is always set to a value close to a right angle. The holding support 8 is arranged so as to be protruded from a spindle 3 that rotatably supports proximal ends of the cutting blades 4, 5, toward distal ends of the same, and formed so as to have pinching sections 8a that can pinch the cutting object 20 at the time of cutting. Further the cutting machine is provided with a rotation bearing ring 9 which is rotatable about a longitudinal center shaft thereof.
