PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting machine capable of securing enough cutting height even in the case of employment of a belt for power transmission.SOLUTION: The cutting machine comprises a motor 66 having a motor shaft 66B, a first pulley 601 arranged in the motor shaft 66B and rotating integrally with the motor shaft 66B, a middle shaft 602, a second pulley 603 and a third pulley 605 arranged in the middle shaft 602, a first belt 604 stretched between the first pulley 601 and the second pulley 603 for transmitting a rotation of the motor shaft 66B to the middle shaft 602, an output shaft 606, a fourth pulley 607 arranged in the output shaft 606, and a second belt 608 stretched between the third pulley 605 and the fourth pulley 607 for transmitting a rotation of the middle shaft 602 to the output shaft 606. A width of the second belt 608 in a shaft direction of the output shaft 606 is configured to be smaller than a width of the first belt 604 in the shaft direction of the output shaft 606.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
