Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform proper and rapid machining of the edge part of the cut end of a pipe material after cutting thereof by a method wherein when the machining part of a pipe machining means is collided with the cut end face of the pipe material, the base part thereof is securely hooked at a pipe material fixing means.
SOLUTION: By colliding an expansion punch, fitted in the tip surface of a guide shaft 33, with the cut end part of a pipe material nipped by a clamp part 121, the cutting end part is expanded. In this case, when cam pieces 50 and 50 enters between a roller and a foundation member against elasticity of a tension spring, clamp arms 60 and 60 are oscillated by the piston cylinder mechanism of a hydraulic cylinder 40 and as a result, the clamp arms 60 and 60 are locked at the lock stepped parts 123 and 123 of a clamp part 121.
