Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting method and a cutting device by an abrasive jet which can reduce the attenuation of the cutting ability in the water as low as possible.
SOLUTION: By an abrasive jet injection nozzle 1 which consists of an inner pipe 2 furnishing an injection hole to inject an abrasive jet A, and an outer pipe 3 to cover the outer periphery of the inner pipe 2, and to furnish an injection hole to inject an air jet B, the air jet B is injected from the periphery of the abrasive jet A, so as to cut a work by an abrasive jet covering the outer periphery of the abrasive jet A by the air jet B.
