To cut a high viscous liquid material in a constant quantity and in a block shape by deliver the high viscous liquid material having a prescribed quantity from a cylindrical lower tank partitioned into two upper and lower tanks by a bulk head into low viscous liquid in the upper tank through a delivery port, tightly fitting it to the bulk head around the delivery port, and making the low viscous liquid flow from a tip end part.
A silicone raw rubber as a high viscous liquid material 5 is supplied into a cylindrical lower tank 3 in a constant condition, it is continuously delivered into a cylindrical upper tank 4 filled with water as low viscous liquid 6 through a delivery port 1. After that, a low viscous liquid supplying pipe 8 is lifted up with prescribed speed when the silicon raw rubber is moved in the vertical direction, and a tip end part 7 is instantly and tightly fitted to a bulk head 2 around the low viscous liquid 6. The low viscous liquid 6 having a prescribed quantity flows from a center part of the low viscous liquid flow outlet 12 into the cylindrical upper tank 4 direction, the low viscous liquid 6 is filled from a low viscous liquid filling port 14 into the cylindrical upper tank 4 under a constant condition. After that, a pneumatic cylinder 11 is operated, the low viscous liquid supplying pipe 8 lifted down with prescribed speed, and it is cut in a block shape.
