Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the size accuracy of a cut strip steel product.
SOLUTION: A strip steel product S is sent out from a base position A to the downstream side and its tip is contacted with a stopper 4B brought down at the position in response to the cut length of the streak steel product S. When it is brought into contact with the stopper 4B, a clamp device 5 is operated, while keeping the drive state of a carrying table 2 and the streak steel product S is fixed and when the fixing by the clamp device 5 is finished, the drive of the carrying table 2 is stopped. Thereafter, the strip steel product S is cut off by a hotsaw 3 at the base position A.
