To solve the problem of a conventional cutter that its throughput is small and equipment for it becomes complicated and large-scaled because it has a number of processes, in the conventional cutter which cuts platy industrial waste laterally and then cuts them longitudinally for cutting the waste into small pieces.
The cutter has a cutting section capable of vertically moving by a cutting cylinder 6 a cutter board 7 having a fixed blade 8 with edges arranged zigzag in a plane with an angle of the edges of 90°and a movable blade 9 to be meshed with the blade 8 and a feeding case 1 into which cutting object matters are charged. The feeding case 1 is moved in the left and right direction by the pitch of the zigzag of the blade with respect to a feeding direction at every cutting step so that the zigzag cutting lines are shifted and overlapped to link quadrangles to cut the waste plate into small pieces through a less number of steps.
