Abstract:
PURPOSE: To realize the miniaturization of the whole of a device by reducing the slide freedom of the device and also increase processing precision while shortening a cycle time.
CONSTITUTION: A valve seat surfaces 5 is processed by means of a cutter 6 by inserting a cutter spindle 3 from a cylinder bore portion B side, conducting cutting feed in an axial center direction while rotating the cutter spindle 3. After the completion of valve seat surface 5 processing, the cutter 6 is separated a little from the valve seat surface 5, and the chucking of a reamer 8 inserted beforehand into the reamer guide 7 of the cutter spindle 3 is carried out by means of the chuck 16 of a chuck spindle 15. Reamer processing is administered to a stem guide 19 by pulling the reamer 8 by means of chuck spindle 15 feed while rotating the reamer 8 by means of the chuck spindle 15.
