Abstract:
PURPOSE: To produce a pair of breaking resistant gloves having polyurethane pattern films of improved slip resistance. CONSTITUTION: Each of breaking resistant gloves has a polyurethane pattern film 12 covering the outer surface. The film 12 has such dimensions as approximately 0.79mm (approximately 1/32 inch) in thickness and approximately 1.59mm (approximately 1/16 inch) in width, and gives high slip resistance and gripping capability to the glove. The film is produced from (a) a premix of a gluing component, non-gluing component and accelerator, and (b) a cross-linking agent by applying a mixture of (a) and (b) as strip films 24, 25, 26, to the glove, wetting the glove with these strip films, and then curing the strip films at a low temperature in a relatively short time.
