Abstract:
To provide cutting scissors excelling in cutting quality and its persistence and specially suitable for hairdressing.
The cutting scissors is formed by pivotally crossing/journaling a pair of blade plates each having a rear blade, a front blade and a cutting edge ridge at which the front and rear blades meet, to shear an object to be cut by overlapping the pair of blade plates. The rear blade of the blade plate is coated with diamond-like carbon with a thickness of 0.002-0.5 μm. Preferably, the cutting edge ridge and the front blade of the blade plate are coated with diamond-like carbon with a thickness of 0.001-0.5 μm.
