PURPOSE: To automatically cut a tape after pulling out the tape by a tape chucking head given a reciprocal movement with a parallel movement device and sticking the tape end on an appropriate tape-carrying part.

CONSTITUTION: When a tape-carrying part 49 faces a tape chucking head A, the said part 49 is pressed against the end under-surface of a tape 4 on the under-surface of a body 10 of a fowarded head A, thus the end part of the tape 4 is sticked on the upper surface of the part 49. Thereafter, when the head A recedes and the tape 4 is cut with a movable blade 30 and a fixed blade 31, a fluctuating frame 43 descends, the said part 49 descends, a shaft 47 rotates for 90 degrees, the part 49, rotating as shown in a chain line, brings out a cut tape 4' toward a mechanical box 1 through an opening 44. The tape 4' being taken off by an operater, the shaft 47 and the said part 49 resume the former position with a signal made by a mannual switch etc., and the next movement is repeated.
