Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cut rails of different cross section shapes by a common rail cutter by providing die parts so as to be replaceable from the upper direction within two side walls of a frame.
SOLUTION: When a handle 4 is moved downward from an A point to B point and C point with fulcrum 3 as a center till the straight line part 4a of the handle 4 is locked by a stopper 7, a bar part which is abutted on a fulcrum 5 with the handle 4 further moves a cylinder 10 which is abutted on a fulcrum 17 in a right straight line direction, the cutting blades of die parts 16 fixed within two side walls of a frame 1 are slid and rails inserted into the grooves of the die parts 16 are cut. Within the two side walls of the frame 1, the die parts 16 of different cutting surface shapes are provided so as to be easily replaced from the upper direction.
