Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting system and a cutting method in which a disk-like cutting blade is mounted to a tip of an arm part of a multiaxial robot device, and the cutting blade is transferred to an installation place of a cutting object while avoiding obstacles, and in which, when cutting the cutting object, the cutting object can be cut straight without being affected by rotary driving or the like of the arm part of the multiaxial robot device.SOLUTION: A cutting system includes: a multiaxial robot device 1 for cutting that transfers a disk-like cutting blade 100 to an installation place of a cover 7 being a cutting object; a cutting blade drive device 2 for linearly driving the cutting blade 100; and a cutting blade posture control device 3 for controlling a posture of the cutting blade 100 so that a blade surface 100A of the cutting blade 100 is perpendicular to a plate surface of the cover 7. In the cutting system, the cover 7 being the cutting object can be cut according to remote operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
