Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting tool and a drawing tool of an existing pipe capable of performing the excavation of a road etc. within a necessary minimum extent, and also removing the existing pipe without damaging other objects buried around the existing pipe, when the existing pipe is replaced with a new pipe.
SOLUTION: A cylindrically formed outer casing pipe 22 is attached to a wire 16, and a cutter 24 is inserted and arranged inside the outer casing pipe 22. The outer casing pipe 22 has the inside diameter D1 into which the buried existing pipe 12 can be inserted. The cutting of the existing pipe 12 is carried out inside the outer casing pipe 22 by means of the cutter 24.
