To provide a cutting tool of a fastening band that is easily arranged in a planned cutting position of the fastening band even if a gap between the fastening band and a member to which the band is fixed is narrow, and enables a predetermined cutting operation by a small operating force.

The tool includes: a lever 11 that has a first blade inside a tip thereof for cutting the fastening band being a cutting target; and a rod-shaped base 13 that is inserted to a gap between the fastening band and the member to which the band is fixed, is connected to the lever 11 so as to be turnable via a hinge 12 at the side closer to a tip than the first blade of the lever 11, and has a second blade between itself and the first blade for sandwiching and shearing the fastening band.
