PURPOSE: To provide the title tool by which a film coating can be cut in the shape of a ring along a groove when the film coating for a coated tube is cut, and of which the edge is not caught to the coated tube, which is formed in bellows, even if the edge is shifted in the axial direction of the coated tube.

CONSTITUTION: Under the condition that a coated tube 1 is received in the holding space of a holding part 5, in which the coated tube is received and gripped, an edge 9 is located at the position facing to part of a groove 3a of ringed grooves 3, which have regular intervals along the longitudinal direction on the peripheral surface of the coated tube 1 and are formed along the circumferential direction thereon. In addition, projections 8 entering front and rear grooves 3b or either of the grooves 3b formed along the longitudinal direction of an axial center P in the coated tube 1 facing to the edge 9, and being higher than the projection of the edge 9 are provided on the holding part 5.
