PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attach/detach a cutting tool in a simple way by forming a projecting part on a face coming into contact with a centrifugally fixed plate and the lower side of the contact face, and forming a fitting part which fits into the cutting tool and a receiving seat for the cutting tool.
SOLUTION: When fixing a cutting tool 3, a centrifugally fixed plate 5 and a back cutter blade 4 are insetted into a cutter tool storing groove 2 and the centrifugally fixed plate 5 is pushed down with a fixing device. Then a projecting part 4e on the back cutter blade 4 comes into contact with the lower face 5c of the centrifugally fixed plate 5, and the back cutter blade 4 tilts to a second lateral face (2b) side. Further, a fitting part is introduced into a fitting groove 3a while the cutting tool 3 is placed on the first lateral face 2a of the cutting tool storing groove 2 and a cutting tool receiving seat 4d for the back cutter blade 4. After the completion of the fitting operation, the fixing device is loosened and consequently, the centrifugally fixed groove 5 is pushed up by a spring 6, resulting in the pressing of the back cutter blade 4 to the reference face (2c) side of the cutting tool fixing groove 2 and the cutting tool 3 side. Following this action, the back cutter blade 4 temporarily anchors the cutting tool 3. Next, a plane body 1 is rotated which causes the centrifugally fixed plate 5 to spring out further to the outer periphery by a centrifugal force. Thus the cutting tool 3 is anchored through the back cutter blade 4.
