PURPOSE: To provide a favorable cutting sharpness by a method wherein for a cutting tool made of a paper board, the leading edge of which is processed into saw blade form teeth, and which is provided on a storage box of wrap film, imaginary lines to connect the tooth tips are formed into a V or U-shape, and a treatment by a curing agent is applied on one surface of the tip of the teeth.

CONSTITUTION: A cutting tool 8 made of a paper board, which is provided on a wrap film storage box in which a roll form wrap film is contained, and cuts the wrap film pulled out from the wrap film storage box by a required quantity at an appropriate position, is formed to have saw blade form teeth at the leading edge, and imaginary lines to connect the tip of the teeth are formed into an overall V-shape or U shape. Also, a treatment by a curing agent is applied at least on one surface of the leading end of the saw blade form teeth. The imaginary line X is formed into a straight line and a gentle curve which is close to a straight line, and at the same time, an open angle Y of the V-shape or U-shape is set to be in a range of, e.g. 175-167°. The treatment by a curing agent is applied by a process such as the application or impregnation, etc., of a curing agent, e.g. a synthetic resin, edible starching agent or water glass, etc.
