To prevent accidents such as short and electric shock, by isolating the positive and negative cores by an insulating partition blade, and fixing both of a cutting blade to be directly brought into contact with the cores at the cutting, and a cut receiving blade, to an insulating base, to be mounted on a crimp tool through the base.
A base 11 and a partition blade 12 of a cutting tool 1 are made of polycarbonate resin, and a cutting blade 13 is made of metal. A base 21 of a cutting tool 2, and the guides 22, 22 are made of polycarbonate resin, and are insert molded integrally with the metallic cut receiving blade 24. The bases 11, 21 are mounted on a crimp tool, the cutting tool 1 is pressed to an envelop of the parallel electric wires 3, and further pressed to separate the positive and negative coated cores by the penetration of the partition blade 12 therethrough, and the shearing is performed by the cutting blade 13 and the cut receiving blade 24.
