A plastic bottle cutting tool has a cutter blade 2 in the grip part 1, which is fitted in the foremost part with a backing strip 3 in such an arrangement that the width direction of the contact part has an arbitary angle other than a right angle relative to the longitudinal direction of the blade 2.
