To provide a cutting tool capable of attaching/detaching a cutting machine from/to a base and enhancing visibility of a part of a cutting blade for cutting a material to be machined.
A base 51 is constituted of a main base part 52 and a sub base part 53 attachable/detachable to/from the main base part 52. An opening part 51a is partitioned by a cooperation of the main base part 52 and the sub base part 53 in a state of the sub base part 53 mounted in the main base part 52. The sub base part 53 mainly constitutes a part opposed to the other side in relation to one side of a pair of side faces of a saw blade 61. The other part of the base 51 is constituted of the main base part 52. When a circular saw device 50 is used as a stationary type by being mounted on a fixed surface plate 10, the circular saw blade device 50 is used in a removed state of the sub base part 53 from the main base part 52, and thereby the base 51 can be prevented from a hindrance when visually observing the part of the saw blade 61 cutting the material P to be machined and a cutting portion, etc.
