Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting tool which easily cuts a flat belt, in which a cord is provided, forming a clean cut surface and enables long life of a cutting blade.SOLUTION: A cutting tool 20 includes: a fixed cutting blade member 3 which is disposed in a frame 10, the fixed cutting blade member 3 in which a fixed blade for cutting a workpiece is formed; and a movable cutting blade member 4 which is provided facing the fixed cutting blade member 3, the movable cutting blade member 4 in which a movable blade for cutting the workpiece is formed. The cutting tool 20 includes: a linear guide mechanism which movably guides the movable cutting blade member 4; and driving means F which moves the movable cutting blade member 4 so that the movable blade contacts with the fixed blade. The movable blade is placed in contact with the fixed blade by the driving means F to cut the workpiece.
