Abstract:
本発明は、超硬合金の基材を含む切削工具であって、超硬合金は金属バインダー中に硬質成分を含む、切削工具に関する。硬質成分はＷＣを含み、超硬合金中のＷＣ含有量は８０～９５重量％である。超硬合金は、Ｆｅ＋Ｎｉ＋Ｃｏ＋Ｃｒ含有量が３～１３重量％であり、原子比率が０．０５＜Ｆｅ／（Ｆｅ＋Ｎｉ＋Ｃｏ＋Ｃｒ）＜０．３５であり、原子比率が０．０５＜Ｎｉ／（Ｆｅ＋Ｎｉ＋Ｃｏ＋Ｃｒ）＜０．３５であり、原子比率が０．０５＜Ｃｏ／（Ｆｅ＋Ｎｉ＋Ｃｏ＋Ｃｒ）＜０．３５であり、原子比率が０．０５＜Ｃｒ／（Ｆｅ＋Ｎｉ＋Ｃｏ＋Ｃｒ）＜０．３５である。耐クラック性Ｗは、ビッカース圧痕の荷重のビッカース圧痕の縁に形成される亀裂の全体長さでの除算と定義される。切削工具のすくい面で測定されるＷは、切削工具のバルク領域の断面で測定されるＷより少なくとも２５％高い。【選択図】図１
