Abstract:
To solve the problems that paper on the outermost surface is peeled in a conventional cut method, fuzz is formed and an appearance quality degrades, when a craft paper film is used as a packaging material.SOLUTION: A cut unit of a bag-making packaging machine includes a slit 15 that is provided between recession/projection row strip surfaces 11e and 13e and extends in a row direction, a receiving blade side mechanism 9 having a fixed blade composed of a flat blade 21 that is mounted so as to be close to one row side of the slit 15, and a movable blade side mechanism 23 having a movable blade composed of a flat blade 35 whose blade tip projects toward the receiving blade side mechanism 9 from between projection/recession row strip surfaces 25d and 27d, is recession/projection crimped between the recession/projection row strip surfaces 11e and 13e and the projection/recession row strip surfaces 25d and 27d and thrust by approaching/oscillation of the movable blade side mechanism 23, is sandwiched between the blade tip of the flat blade 21 and the slit and is sheared by making the blade tip of the flat blade 35 entering the slit 15, thereby is separated from a subsequent packaging material S. Fuzz is not formed, thrusting and cutting are enabled by one but unit, and accordingly positional deviation between a thrusting position and a cut position is not generated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
