Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a tasty cuttlefish and cheese dainty food excellent in keeping quality and economical efficiency and to provide a method for producing the dainty food.
SOLUTION: This cuttlefish and cheese dainty food comprises a seasoned cuttlefish flesh molded product 30 of a prescribed shape integrally combined with a piece 32 of a cheese and the seasoned cuttlefish flesh molded product 30 is prepared by compacting small pieces of seasoned cuttlefish flesh and is thereby readily loosened in a mouth and disassembled into the small pieces of the seasoned cuttlefish flesh. The disassembled small pieces of the seasoned cuttlefish flesh are compactly and densely mixed with the cheese together to remarkably produce synergistic effects of the cuttlefish taste with the cheese state. Thereby, the dainty food is extremely tasty. Furthermore, since the food is a vacuum individually packaged dainty food 36 of a mouthful size, only an amount to be eaten may be unsealed by consumer. The dainty food is excellent in keeping quality and economical.
